Come explore the ancient Chinese Medicine concept of flowing in harmony with the seasons. Learn effective strategies for maintaining a strong digestive function and a healthy immune response as we transition from the hot vibrant summer into the cold dormant winter. Inga Bylinkina will show us how to make the traditional Chinese healing dish called Congee, or Jook, with rice and a combination of Chinese medicinal herbs, as well as an Herbal Elixir with the superpower to protect you from any external pathogen.

Come experience "Food as Medicine" and get valuable tips on staying in top shape during the unstable seasonal shifts of this time of year. Autumn is an important phase which in Chinese Medicine corresponds to the Earth Element. And, as the rainy months settle in, the Metal Element takes its place. This 'hinge' between the warm and the cold seasons is a time to take special care of our digestive and immune systems. Our bodies and souls have to make the adjustment from the abundant sun and buoyancy that is Summer, to the more withdrawn experience of Winter. The function of the digestive system often becomes deficient in the fall and we are more vulnerable to catch a cold or flu. Gastro-intestinal conditions are common at this time of year, as are allergies and upper respiratory troubles. Taking extra care and eating well to prevent disease and ward off the air born viruses become our main focus now.

There will be tastings and handouts with recipes. Inga Bylinkina is Co-Director of the Academy of Healing Nutrition in New York City and a Healing Nutrition Coach.

What is ORMUS or ORMES

It is believed that ORMUS elements are an integral part of our physiology, from our skin, nails and hair, all the way to the blood, brain and the rest of our organs, and into the DNA structure itself. Where there is plentiful ORMUS in the body, surprisingly rapid healing of damaged skin and muscle tissue with minimal scarring takes place.

ORMUS is thoughtfully adapted and developed from ancient alchemy wisdom. In this weekend class we will show you how to make it at home from sea water (using sea salt), and at the end of the weekend you will have a small bottle of ORMUS to take home, along with the special rosemary tincture we will be making in class.

Paul (Aurelius) will also demonstrate many other remarkable healing products.

"Out of all my travels, I have never come across anyone who has such a depth of knowledge about plant medicines and how to make them. Paul will show you how to set up an alchemical lab at very low cost and how to make tinctures and spagyrics the old alchemical way, capturing all of the life essences. You can make these powerful remedies at home, saving $$$ over a life time, at the same time re-connecting with a deep understanding of nature's healing. Incorporated into this weekend is the art of ormus making. This is the most cutting edge of nutrition and nobody knows about it except a few. It is starting to be a good developing cottage industry in USA and Australia. In my opinion, ormus will be in every superfood item and skincare product in the next 5 years."

- Roger Green
Founder and Director
Academy of Healing Nutrition

Benefits and observable effects of ormus include:

- clarity of thought
- improved mental focus
- heightened senses
- reduced fatigue
- improvement in skin firmness and skin tone, reduced pigmentation

Ormus regulates blood sugar, supports healthy immune function, promotes deep hydration,
encourages longevity and radiant vitality.
